This Dispute Policy is provided as a resource for dropshippers collaborating with Dropshipbot.com (hereinafter "Dropshipbot"). Please read the following policy carefully.

All disputes must be filed through Dropshipbot. Otherwise, Dropshipbot will permanently block your account.

Dropshipbot will provide dispute resolutions within 72 hours. Providing the following information may expedite the process:

Photos/videos of defective items to prove damage.

If photos cannot substantiate the defect, upload a video.

Screenshots of received emails/disputes (including name, date, and content).

Screenshots of customer complaints (via PayPal Dispute, other gateways, email, etc.).

If our dispute team requests it in the "Dispute" section, return the product to Dropshipbot.
